‍Robert A. Bianchi is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience and is the principal of California CPA Group based in Los Angeles.  

He specializes in business taxation and advisory services with a concentration in the real estate industry.  He hold a B.S in Civil Engineering, B.S in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation.

The CalPCA team has provided tax, accounting, fund administration and management advisory services including real estate, construction, professional services, SAAS, high technology, digital media, manufacturing, and more.

A key skill is the ability to analyze every detail of investment ventures and create sophisticated Institutional-quality tax strategies that often contribute to enhancing effective yield performances.

He also analyzes and stress tests all tenant/business financials via his in-house teams and assists in property management.
